Social, ethics and transformation

THE SOCIAL, ETHICS AND TRANSFORMATION COMMITTEE IS A COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD OPERATING IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE COMPANIES ACT.

The committee assists the board by monitoring the Group’s activities relating to sustainability, ethics, stakeholder engagement, empowerment and transformation.
